ONLINE STORE
We sell products only to individuals who are of legal age. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
ORDERING
Our products can be ordered from the online store hempirer.com. All orders are confirmed by email, which will include the order price, shipping costs, and a summary of the ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, the customer must provide a valid email address and phone number when placing the order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are made by bank transfer.
SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Products are shipped within 10 business days. Shipping costs are fixed regardless of the package/letter size. Shipping costs include postal and packaging fees.
RETURN POLICY
The right of return applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, such that the product can be determined to be unused.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and the customer must contact the seller before making a return.
Any complaints about defective products or incorrect deliveries must be made to the Hempirer online store’s email address info@hempirer.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns after 7 days from the date the customer collects their order. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or, alternatively, to the card used for the purchase.
If the returned product is not in the same new condition as mentioned above, the product’s price will not be refunded. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
In case of issues during shipping or defective products: if a product is lost during shipping or damaged, it must be reported immediately via email to info@hempirer.com.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes do not apply extra discounts to sale-priced products. The discount code is applied only to regular-priced products.
DATA PROTECTION
We handle customer information confidentially. The data we collect and how we use it is described in our separate privacy policy.
There is a secure connection between the website (hempirer.com) and the customer.
LIABILITY
We are proud to always offer first-class products, but unfortunately, sometimes a product may not meet our standards. In case of defects, we always strive to resolve the issue together with the customer.
CHANGES TO THE DELIVERY TERMS
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute regarding the contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
